Vendor Information

Vendors are an important part of air shows, and we appreciate our vendors. If you would like to have a vendor booth or spot at the Aviation Roundup, please fill out the Vendor Application and return it to us.

 

The cost of the spot depends on the type of vendor you are. The vendor options are below:

Merchandise (sales) $300 + 10% of gross sales 10' x 10'
Military
$0 10' x 10'
Food / Beverage
$300 + 10% of gross sales 10' x 10'
Government Agency
$300 10' x 10'
Non-Profit
$100 10' x 10'
Display (non-aircraft)
$300 10' x 10'

Larger spots are available at $100 per 10'. For example: a non sales ($300) 10' x 20' spot would be an additional $100, for a total of $400. That same spot for a 10' x 30' would be $500.

Food & beverage vendors are responsible for acquiring all appropriate permits.

Due to a limited availability of vendor spots, a $100 non-refundable deposit is due when you turn in your Vendor Application. This deposit will count toward your total fee, but is non-refundable should you cancel.

We also require a copy of your insurance for a minimum of $1 million, listing "Douglas County, The Douglas County Board of County Commissioners, Minden-Tahoe Airport, and the employees, officers and contracters of Douglas County" as additionally insured.
